Management System Certification Process
The process of management system certification in the National System for Conformity Assessment of the Republic of Belarus is governed by the Regulations approved by the State Committee for Standardization.
Application Submission
You complete and submit a certification application to the certification body along with the required documents. The application form can be downloaded here
Application Review
Based on the application review, the certification body determines the scope of work needed for the certification audit. Certification terms, including timelines, costs, and other details, are agreed upon
Audit Execution
Auditors assess the quality management system’s compliance with the standard requirements by reviewing documentation, interviewing personnel, observing production processes, checking records, and more.
Result Analysis
A detailed report is prepared based on the audit results, outlining identified compliances and non-compliances. A decision is made on whether to issue or deny certification
Certificate Issuance
Upon a positive decision, the certification body issues a certificate of compliance, provided to the company in both printed and electronic formats
Periodic Assessment
During the certificate’s validity, the certification body conducts periodic surveillance audits to confirm ongoing compliance of the QMS with the standard requirements
Recertification
The company prepares for recertification by updating internal documentation and processes. The certification body conducts a renewal audit covering the entire quality management system. Based on the audit results, a decision is made to extend or revoke the certificate
